Mariana Martínez is a Human Resources Business Partner at Ballester Hermanos, one of Puerto Rico's leading food and beverage distributors, where she works across recruiting, talent development, and organizational culture. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Universidad Albizu, the discipline behind how companies evaluate candidates, design selection processes, and measure job performance, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
